Andrew S. Taubman, CPA, CFST
Andrew S. Taubman is the firm’s Managing Partner, Tax Partner and a talented businessman. He is charged with the development of the firm’s client base. Andy has a unique combination of technical accounting and tax acumen coupled with a solid understanding of how business works. These skills, together with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and third parties, have often proven to be a successful formula for our clients.
He graduated from the University of Florida in August 1983, with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Andy presently lectures in coordination with national investment brokerage firms at seminars on income tax matters pertaining to retirement programs. He spearheads the firm’s international services and is the firm’s representative to Nexia International, a worldwide network of independent accounting and consulting firms. He provides ongoing financial and tax consulting to the firm’s middle market companies. He also speaks regularly before business groups on business combinations, current corporate tax issues and on management of professional service firms.
Mr. Taubman has been actively involved in numerous community projects and community development endeavors over the years. He served as a committee chair for Jewish Community Foundation PAC and has been a top fundraiser and participant in bike races both domestically and internationally.
Mr. Taubman is married and has two adult children.
